The foundation stone of the Centre for Incubation and Enterprises was laid at the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development (BBS-UTech), Khairpur Mirs, during a ceremony attended by academics, university officials, students, citizens and media representatives.

๐ ๐ฎ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ welcomed the Chief Guest and distinguished guests, including Prof. Dr. Yousif Khushik, Vice Chancellor, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur Mirs, and Prof. Dr. Khanji, Pro Vice Chancellor, Mehran University Campus, Khairpur Mirs. Members of the Senate, Syndicate, Academic Council, faculty, officers, staff, engineers and students were also present.
In his address, Prof. (Meritorious) Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar expressed gratitude to Dr. Syeda Nafisa Shah for sponsoring the project and stated that the establishment of the Centre reflected her progressive vision and commitment to education, technology and skills development. He observed that quality education and skills were valuable assets capable of changing the destiny of individuals, and that skill development was an effective means of reducing poverty and creating sustainable economic opportunities.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Yousif Khushik appreciated Dr. Nafisa Shahโs support for the establishment of the incubation centre and said that the initiative would provide youth with opportunities to acquire practical skills, understand business techniques and transform academic knowledge into productive enterprises. He congratulated Prof. Dr. Mahar and his team on achieving this milestone and acknowledged the progress made by BBS-UTech under his leadership.
In her address, Chief Guest Dr. Syeda Nafisa Shah appreciated the efforts of Prof. (Meritorious) Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar in promoting technology and skill-based education in North Sindh. She said that the Centre would provide students with opportunities to develop innovative ideas and transform them into viable business start-ups. She added that the Centre would also facilitate collaboration with companies and entrepreneurs, ultimately producing innovative products and self-reliant entrepreneurs.
Dr. Nafisa Shah reaffirmed her commitment to BBS-UTECH stating, โThis university is mine, and I shall provide every possible support to see this university as one of the best technology and skill universities of Pakistan and the world.โ
