BBS-UTECH proudly organized a vibrant Jashan-e-Azadi program in collaboration with SOS Children’s Village, Khairpur Mirs. The event opened with the National Anthem, followed by a series of patriotic tableaus, national songs, and speeches by SOS children that captured the true spirit of independence and unity.

The ceremony was graced by Mr. Muhammad Abbas Baloch – Secretary Universities & Boards Government of Sindh (Chief Guest), Mr. Fayaz Hussain Rahoojo – Deputy Commissioner Khairpur (Guest of Honour), and Prof. Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar – Vice Chancellor, BBS-UTECH. Also present were Prof. Dr. Manthar Ali Keerio – Dean Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Mir Sajjad Hussain Talpur – Registrar, distinguished faculty members, and notable citizens including Dr. Muhammad Hassan Abro, Dr. Javed Samo, Prof. Abdul Salam Shaikh, Engr. Noor Muhammad Soomro, and Mr. Zameer Hussain Lashari.

In his address, Prof. Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar emphasized the importance of nurturing patriotism, education, and social responsibility among youth, highlighting the role of BBS-UTECH in shaping a brighter and more inclusive future.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Muhammad Abbas Baloch, praised the initiative of BBS-UTECH and lauded the efforts of SOS Children’s Village for nurturing talented children. The Guest of Honour, Mr. Fayaz Hussain Rahoojo, appreciated the outstanding performances of SOS students and commended the university for promoting community engagement and inclusivity.
