Khairpur, April 13, 2025: The Twelfth Finance and Planning Committee (FPC) meeting was held on April 13, 2025, at the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Rasool Bux Mahar, Vice Chancellor of the University. In his opening remarks, the Vice Chancellor welcomed all members and apprised them of the FPC’s objectives. The University presented the revised budget for 2024–25 and other agenda items for the FPC’s review, deliberation, and decision. After detailed discussion, the FPC recommended the majority of agenda items for approval by the Syndicate. The meeting was attended in person and virtually. Attendees included Ms. Samina Durrani, Director of Budget, HEC–Islamabad; Prof. Dr. Muhammad Aslam Uqali, former Vice Chancellor, MUET, Jamshoro; Prof. Dr. Manthar Ali Keerio, Dean, Faculty of Engineering Technology; Dr. Aftab Ahmed Soomro, Dean, Faculty of Skill Development; Dr. Asim Ali Abro, Director, QEC; Dr. Imdadullah Thaheem, Director, ORIC; Mr. Mir Sajjad Hussain Talpur, Registrar; and Mr. Kashif Raza, Director of Finance. University representatives briefed the committee on the agenda items.
